We understand that sometimes things come up that make it no longer possible for your child to attend class with us. But we ask that you also understand that late cancellations mean we are unlikely to be able to fill the space in the class, but have already made arrangements for staff and materials.
*This is a NEW policy, going into effect November 18, 2025*
You have two options for cancellation:
1. Receive a Credit (Amount paid - a 10% cancellation fee) up to 48 hours prior to the start of class.
2. Receive a Refund (Amount paid - a 10% cancellation fee) up to 4 weeks prior to the start of class.
You are also always welcome to sell your spot to someone else, we just ask that you let us know in advance who will be taking your spot.
No credits or refunds will be given after a class starts. No refunds will be given less than 4 weeks prior to the start of class. No credits will be given less than 48 hours prior to the start of class.
Credit with us does not expire and will be automatically applied to your next registration with us. Credit Is valid for any future child or adult class, workshop, or camp.
Please note that we only offer full (100%) refunds for a class if WE cancel the class. We are also unable to offer refunds or credits for days or classes missed for any reason.
If your child misses more than 2 days of classes due to illness, however, please reach out so that we can put together a take home kit of art materials for the classes your child has missed.
